Catherine Morley is a highly experienced service management and leadership professional with nearly 30 years of experience across the public, private, and voluntary sectors. She has a strong track record in organisational leadership, strategic planning, community engagement, and partnership development, working at local, national, and EU levels to drive social change and improve access to services for marginalised communities.
Catherine has held senior roles in Family Carers Ireland, Jigsaw (National Centre for Youth Mental Health), and Exchange House Ireland, where she played a pivotal role in developing strategy and expanding support services, managing large-scale funding, and leading strategic organisational change. Her expertise spans service development, organisational policy design, development and implementation, governance, financial management, and stakeholder engagement. She has also represented organisations in national and EU policy fora, ensuring that services meet the needs of the communities they serve.
Prior to the above, she was founder and Executive Director with Clarity: Research, Development and Training (Clarity V1.0) working throughout Ireland with not for profits, government departments and statutory agencies to design, develop and deliver consultations, strategies, operational plans and applied social research projects.
Holding a BA (Hons) and M.Phil from Trinity College Dublin, Catherine was a Senior Fellow of the Institute of Community and Voluntary Sector Managers (now defunct). She has also served as a non-executive director for organisations such as the Irish Traveller Movement (Treasurer), LinC (Company Secretary) in Cork and Outhouse LGBT Resource Centre in Dublin, demonstrating her commitment to social inclusion and advocacy.
Her leadership is defined by a strategic, results-driven approach, fostering collaborative and compassionate work environments that deliver high-impact services to communities in need.
Beyond her professional achievements, Catherine has a passion for art and can be regularly found participating in art fairs and sales throuoghout Munster.
