Having known each other for many years (one has a very old friend who is the other's sister) our Principals reconnected in late 2024.

Catherine Morley, Co-Principal - Proudly born and raised in Dublin's South West Inner City - but a long time registered Corkonian - Catherine is a highly experienced service design, development, delivery and leadership professional with almost 30 years of experience across the public, private, and voluntary sectors. She has a strong track record in organisational leadership, strategic planning, community engagement, and partnership development, working at local, national, and EU levels to drive social change and improve access to services for marginalised communities. As the original founder and Executive Director with Clarity V1.0, she is now returning to independent consultancy.
Ken Elliot, Co-Principal - Recently returned from the UK. Ken is a highly experienced organisational development and leadership expert with a proven track record in transformational change across government, public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. With a background in strategy, leadership development, and workforce planning, Ken specialises in aligning organisational goals with effective team structures and service delivery. As an independent consultation, Ken provides strategic advisory services, coaching, and training for executives and teams. His approach blends evidence-based methodologies with a deep understanding of cultural and systemic factors, ensuring meaningful and lasting organisational change.
