DEI Statement

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Statement (February, 2025)

At Clarity OSS, we are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment where everyone is valued, respected, and empowered to thrive. Our approach is guided by the letter and the spirit of Irish equality legislation, including the Employment Equality Acts 1998–2021, the Equal Status Acts 2000–2018, and the Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission Act 2014.

Our Commitment to DEI

We believe that diversity enriches our practice, strengthens our impact, and enhances innovation. We are dedicated to:

  • Equal Opportunity
  • Non-Discrimination – Complying with the nine protected grounds under Irish law: gender, civil status, family status, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, race/ethnicity, and membership of the Traveller community.
  • Equitable Workplace – Addressing systemic barriers to inclusion and ensuring equitable access to opportunities, resources, and support.
  • Inclusive Culture – Creating relationships where all clients feel safe, valued, and heard, regardless of background or identity.

Continuous Improvement

Diversity, equity, and inclusion are ongoing commitments. We regularly review and update our DEI policies and practices to align with best practices, legislation, and the evolving needs of our team and stakeholders.
