Ken Elliot is a highly experienced organisational development and leadership expert with a proven track record in transformational change across government, public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. Holding an MSc in HR Management and Organisational Analysis from King’s College London and a BSc from Birkbeck College, Ken is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a qualified Executive Coach (ILM Level 7). Ken’s career includes leadership roles in Her Majesty’s Prison & Probation Service, the Department for International Development, and the National Offender Management Service, where he played a pivotal role in reshaping national and international systems. Notable projects include designing regional health planning structures in Zambia, leading a major restructuring of the prison and probation services in England and Wales, and advising governments globally on transformation strategies in Africa, Central Asia, and the Caribbean.
